Chia Pudding


Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons of chia seeds

  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk (or your milk of choice!)

  • 1 tablespoon of agave nectar (or honey for a natural sweet touch)

  • A pinch of cinnamon for a spice that's oh-so-nice

  • A dash of vanilla extract for that cozy aroma

  • Your favorite toppings: think berries, nuts, or a few dark chocolate shavings

Directions:

  1. In a mason jar, mix the chia seeds with almond milk.

  2. Add the agave, cinnamon, and vanilla extract, and give it a good stir.

  3. Seal the jar and let it sit in the refrigerator overnight. The magic happens while you dream!
